Bejeweled Game Review: Relief For The Google Android Mobile Phone

These days you can almost ask yourself in what isolated place you have lived if you do not know the game Bejeweled. Some also look at its success to the famous game Tetris. Perhaps you have heard about it when PopCap launched bejeweled 3 of the game following successful bejeweled 2? Well, EA Mobile made the decision a while ago to launch this game for the android phones as well.

For the people who do not know the game yet: the objective of bejeweled is to develop three of the same colored jewels linked either horizontally or vertical. Each time you are allowed to exchange two jewels in the playfield to get those connections. When three of the same color connect, they disappear. The jewels above the three will plunge down and new will shift in. When you are able to make a chain reaction of '3 jewels connect', your points is going to rise!

The android version of bejeweled is playable in normal and time trial mode. The normal form will let you keep playing until you run out of combinations. I assume the time trial mode speaks for itself. In the years bejeweled was around I have enjoyed these types of game versions online. All those are perfectly animated and also have a fast paced gameplay. The visuals of the game don't matter very much, it's the concept of the game and that fast gameplay that make that 'Bejeweled experience'. Checking the game on many older versions of the android OS mobiles really ruined the gameplay, because it is so terribly slow. Also the sounds used in the game are not that superb. Truly that does not matter that much in any respect. For me the game Bejeweled for android OS is rated nothing higher than a straight 6.
