1. Fried Foods; French fries, deep fried chicken, etc.

2. Red Meat; steak, crushed beef, bacon, pork chops, etc.

3. Coffee; caffeine = bad!

4. Alcohol; it can lead to attacks

5. Egg Yolk; replace that one egg with two egg white instead

6. Salad dressings; ranch, Italian, etc = bad!, they can trigger attacks

You cannot find any certain diet for IBS, so you need to go talk to your doctor and make out a plan, to enable you to control you IBS.
